Pets in the Hotel
Our hotel is located in a green environment near the coast. The long beaches, wooded forests, and Dutch dunes make it a beloved spot for nature lovers from home and abroad.
Overnight Stay with the Dog
Would you like to stay at Hotel Den Haag-Wassenaar with your dog? This is possible, but by request only.
Book a 'Comfort Plus' or 'Comfort Plus with Bath' hotel room and mention in the notes that you are bringing a dog.
In our other room types, dogs are unfortunately not allowed.
You can bring a maximum of two dogs per room.
A surcharge of € 18.50 per night is applied per dog.

Dogs in Our Gastrobar
Have you finished your walk? Then it's time to relax at the hotel with your dog. Dogs are allowed in our gastrobar. In the summer, you can enjoy on the terrace, because it is also allowed to take your dog there. Plenty of space to enjoy your day in nature.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in Restaurant Eiber.
Service Dogs
Service dogs are welcome in all public areas of the hotel, including the restaurant and in all room types.
Walking with the Dog
The area offers various nature reserves. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed everywhere.
Haagse Bos
Dogs are welcome in Haagse Bos, provided they are on-leash. In the off-leash areas, dogs do not need to be leashed. This is clearly indicated with signs.
Meijendel
Dogs are allowed, provided they are on-leash. On part of the paths, dogs are also allowed off-leash.
Wassenaarse Slag
On the Wassenaar beach, dogs are allowed to roam freely north and south of the bathing beach throughout the year. The largest dog beach can be reached via a marked dog route that starts from the Kuil parking lot. The route goes through the Berkheide dune area. Note: dogs must be leashed here between March 1 and August 1.
Scheveningen
From October 1 to May 15, dogs are welcome on the entire beach of The Hague. On the Noorderstrand, dogs are allowed off-leash throughout the year.
Landgoed de Wittenburg
Outside the breeding season (March 1 to August 1), dogs are allowed to roam freely in the Wittenburg. During the breeding season, dogs are allowed, provided they are on-leash.
Landgoed Clingendael
In Clingendael, dogs must be on-leash, except in the designated off-leash areas.
Landgoederen de Horsten
Due to the fragile nature of the estate, dogs are not allowed.
