All rooms are air conditioned.

Allergies
You can report food allergies or intolerances in the restaurant. For your overnight stay, you can request an anti-allergy pillow at the reception.

Pharmacy/Doctor
If you need medical care during your stay, please contact the reception.

Baby cots
Baby cots can be provided by the reception at an additional cost of €7.00.

Luggage storage
Downstairs by the toilets and cloakroom, we have a number of lockers where you can leave your luggage if your room is not yet ready, or if you want to go out after checking out. You can request a card for this at the reception. 

Payment methods/Credit terms
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card

  • PIN payment

  • Van der Valk giftcard

Fire/Evacuation

  • Report a fire immediately to the reception (dial 9).

  • Stay low to the ground in case of heavy smoke.

  • Leave the building as quickly as possible in case of an alarm. A map with the nearest emergency exit is located on your room door.

  • Do not use the elevator!

  • Go to the assembly point outside the building.

We have implemented several sustainable measures, such as a bio-digester and solar panels for sustainable energy. Additionally, you can skip room cleaning during your stay to plant a tree.

BREAKFAST

  • Monday to Friday between 6:30 and 10:30 AM

  • Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 to 11:00 AM

  • Breakfast in the room is possible at an additional charge of €12.50, and must be indicated in advance.

BAKERY & SHOP

  • Bakery open daily from 6:30 to 16:00

  • Shop open 24/7

RESTAURANT EIBER

  • Lunch daily between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM

  • À la carte dinner daily between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM

GASTROBAR HOP 

  • Bar daily between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM

  • Friday and Saturday until 1:00 AM

Bicycles and E-bikes
Bicycles and E-bikes are available for rent at the reception.
The price per bicycle is €17.50 per day.
The price per E-bike is €29.50 per day.

Lost and found
You can contact the reception for lost or found items.

Pets
Pets are only allowed in the 'Comfort Plus' and 'Comfort Plus with Bath' room types. A surcharge of €18.50 per dog per night is charged. A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room.

Check-in
You can check in and use your hotel room from 3:00 PM. Subject to availability, you can also check in earlier.

Internet/Wifi
You can use our Wifi network for free.

Children's corner
For kids, there is a children's corner in the restaurant.

Complaints/comments
You can report complaints or comments to the reception. The reception will handle your complaint or comment further.

Safe
There is a safe in every room, and its use is free of charge.

Pillows/blankets
If you wish to have more blankets, pillows, or hangers in your room, please contact the reception.

If you would like a lunch package, you can request this at the reception no later than 9:00 PM

Do not disturb
If you do not wish to be disturbed, you can use the “do not disturb” button in your hotel room. If you do want room cleaning, you can use the “please make up my room” button.

Emergency exits
All emergency exits are clearly indicated in the rooms, hallways, and provided with emergency lighting.

Parking is available in the parking garage under the hotel or at the rear of the hotel. Parking is free if you are staying at the hotel or coming to dine.

Room service
Room service can be ordered via the tablet for meals from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. A surcharge of €12.50 is charged per order.

If you wish to use the sauna in the Wellness Suite during your stay, you can read the instructions here.

Shop
The shop next to the reception sells various products and delicacies. Different Valk items can also be found. It is open 24/7.

Key cards
We request that you return the key cards upon checkout.

You can inquire about this at the reception.

Various toiletries are available for purchase at the shop next to the reception. The shop is open 24/7.

Checkout
You must check out by 12:00 PM. A late checkout can be requested at a surcharge of €15.00 per hour at the reception and is subject to availability.

Forbidden
In our hotel, it is forbidden to smoke, use drugs, or nitrous oxide indoors. If you break the rule, we charge a fine of €150.00.

W
Laundry and dry-cleaning service
The laundry and dry-cleaning service for clothing, including terms and prices can be requested with the tablet in the room.

Wake-up service
You can be woken up by phone. Contact the reception via extension 9. You can also set an alarm on the tablet in the room.

Universal adapter
A universal adapter is available in the shop at the reception.
