Live Cooking: freshly prepared while you watch
Live Cooking makes dining out just a little different. At our open cooking islands, you can see how various dishes are prepared on the spot by our chefs. From meat and fish to vegetarian dishes and changing seasonal specialties.
In addition, you will find a wide selection of cold and hot dishes, salads, bread, and various side dishes at the buffet. We naturally finish with an extensive dessert buffet with homemade delicacies, ice cream, fresh fruit, and our chocolate fountain.
The wide choice makes Live Cooking ideal for an evening or afternoon out with family, friends, or a larger group.

Every Saturday evening, Restaurant Eiber is entirely dedicated to Live Cooking. Our chefs prepare various dishes fresh for you, and in the meantime, you can enjoy the extensive buffet unlimited.
From appetizers and salads to meat, fish, vegetarian dishes, and warm specialties: you can create your ideal dinner yourself. There is also plenty of choice for children.

Time: 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM, entry until 7:00 PM

Prefer to enjoy Live Cooking during the day? Every Sunday, except in July and August, you are welcome for our extensive Sunday brunch.
After a festive welcome with a glass of bubbles, an extensive buffet is ready for you. Enjoy luxury rolls, cold and hot dishes, fresh salads, and various sweet treats. Various dishes are also freshly prepared during brunch.
For the youngest guests, there is a special children's buffet, and thanks to our play area, they won't be bored for a moment.
