Cancellation conditions for room reservations.                                         

Cancellation conditions for rooms - For offer/invoice amount up to a maximum of € 2,500.00 (excluding overnight stays)           

  • > 14 days before the start of the meeting: free cancellation               

  • 14 – 7 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 6 - 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 3 - 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value is charged                                       

Cancellation conditions for rooms - For offer/invoice amount from €2,500.00 to € 5,000.00 (excluding overnight stays)           

  • > 30 days before the start of the meeting: free cancellation                

  • 30 – 14 days before the start of the meeting: 50% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 13 – 7 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 6 – 4 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 0 days: 100% of the total reservation value is charged                

  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value is charged                                       

Cancellation conditions for rooms - For offer/invoice amount starting from € 5,000.00 (excluding overnight stays)            

  • > 180 days before the start of the meeting: free cancellation                

  • 90 days before the start of the meeting: 50% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 90 – 60 days before the start of the meeting: 60% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 60 – 30 days before the start of the meeting: 85% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • 30 – 0 days before the start of the meeting: 100% of the total reservation value is charged             

  • No-show: 100% of the total reservation value is charged                                       

Conditions for changes in number of participants                  

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before the arrival date: maximum 10% of the originally reserved number of guests.           

  • Increase in the number of guests: in consultation, depends on the capacity of the meeting room and F&B.            

  • If a minimum number of persons is stated in the offer, changes can be made taking into account this specified number of persons. If we do not receive any changes, we will use the last specified number of guests.                                

Cancellation conditions for group room reservations (> 9 rooms)                

 For group reservations, we apply the following conditions:                

  • > 180 days before arrival date: free changes and cancellations                

  • 180 – 90 days before arrival date: up to 50 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, € 75.00 is charged for each additional canceled night.     

  • 90 – 60 days before arrival date: up to 30 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, € 85.00 is charged for each additional canceled night.     

  • 60 – 30 days before arrival date: up to 25 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, € 95.00 is charged for each additional canceled night.        

  • 30 – 14 days before arrival date: up to 5 overnight stays can be canceled free of charge, € 125.00 is charged for each additional canceled night.     

  • 13 – 4 days before arrival date: € 125.00 is charged for each additional canceled night                   

  • – 0 days before the day of arrival at 12:00 / no-show: 100% of each additional canceled night is charged.         

All changes must be confirmed in writing or by email.
