Please let our restaurant staff know if you have any food allergies or intolerances. You can request a hypoallergenic pillow at the reception during your stay.

Bicycles and E-bikes can be rented at the reception.

  • The bike rental fee is € 14,00 per day.  
  • The E-bike rental fee is € 27,00 per day.

The reception will be pleased to provide you with information regarding car rental companies or can arrange a taxi for you. 

Check in 
You can check in after 3 p.m. If available, you can check in earlier. 

Check out 
Check out time is 12 p.m. A late check out may be requested at the reception for an additional charge € 15,00 per hour depending on availability. 

Complaints and comments 
For complaints or suggestions please contact the reception, they would like to help you solve the issue.

Copy
You can make copies at the reception at applicable rates.

Do not disturb 
If you wish not to be disturbed, please use the “Do not disturb” button next to your room door. If you would like to have your room cleaned, please use the “Make up my room” button.  

Doctor/pharmacy 
If you need medical assistance during your stay, please contact the reception.

The mains voltage is 220V.  

Emergency exit 
All emergency exits are clearly indicated in the rooms and hallways with illuminated exit signs.

Fire precautions and evacuations 

  • In case of fire, please contact the reception immediately  (extension 9).
  • If there is a lot of smoke, please stay close to the floor.
  • If you hear the fire alarm, leave the hotel at once. A map with the nearest emergency exit is located next to your hotel room door.
  • Do not use the elevators!
  • Go to the assembly point outside.

BREAKFAST

  • Monday - Friday between 6.30 a.m. and 10.30 a.m. 
  • Saturday and Sunday from 07:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. 
  • It is possible to have breakfast in your room for an extra charge of € 10,00, but only if you have indicated this with your reservation.  

BAKERY & SHOP

  • Bakery daily from 6.30 a.m. - 4 p.m. 
  • Shop opened 24/7 

 RESTAURANT EIBER

  • Lunch daily between 11.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. 
  • À la carte dinner daily between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
